capture card

i found a capture card for $24.50 can anybody tell me if this is any good?

i did see the word note book in there though does that mean you can ony use capture cards on lap tops?

no no, you can watch it on a desktop, laptop, or whatever.. thats just some promo they're saying because most people have a laptop..

cc sounds fine, make sure you have a recording program though.. dazzles come with studio10/11 so make sure you're getting a program that records and converts to a format recognizable by whatever editing program you're gonna be using

come to think of it.. vegas can record, but it doesnt recognize my cc cuz its ghey (pennacle likes to make its products work exclusively with their software.. make more money like that i guess =/)
